Cara na nOileán and CFFAM would like to thank all who helped make the island’s first triathlon such a great day.  Thanks to Triathlon Ireland, all the competitors and supporters who took part, Jerry Early, James Gerald O Donnell, the Coast Guard, An Garda Síochana, Arranmore Lifeboat, Donegal County Council, All of our sponsors, the staff of Ionad an Chrois Bhealaigh, all volunteers, marshals, John Conaghan, all the people who came out on the day to show support, Red Tag Timing, Donegal Canoe Club, Sheephaven Sub-Aqua Club, Árainn Mhór’s Ambulance Service, Dr Kevin Quinn and a special thank you to Dominic Sweeney of Arranmore Ferry who helped organise the event and put in a huge effort to make sure everything ran smoothly.
