response to feedback from users I have set up a new
bulletin board for the Árainn Mhór web
site. I have set up a number of forums discussing a variety
of topics:
- Births/Deaths/Marriages/Anniversaries/Announcements.
Announce significant news here.
- Buy & Sell. Trade your family heirlooms, school books and
other bits & pieces on this forum. Requires
registration to post messages.
- Development.
Development news and topics are discussed
on this forum.
- Genealogy.
Trade information and queries on Árainn
Mhór genealogy.
- Soccer.
All you armchair managers out there can have your
opinions voiced. Keep it
civilised now!
Users
currently do not have to register to post to most
forums except "Buy & Sell",
however the board will be monitored and any abuse
will result
in
registration being
reintroduced. Please note that
registration enables a number of useful features
such as polls
and private
messaging
which
are outlined in the Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQ) on the board. Usernames and
password
from the old board
will not
work, please reregister to access
the enhanced functionality. This is a great resource
for
keeping in touch with
islanders worldwide, so enjoy it.
